Presentation at the AIPLA Standards & Open Source Committee

Patent Attorney Ms. Ohta from our firm gave a presentation during the web meeting of the AIPLA (American Intellectual Property Law Association) Standards & Open Source Committee.
The presentation focused on the first court decision in Japan that granted an injunction based on SEP (Standard Essential Patent) infringement (Tokyo District Court: 2023 (Wa) No. 70501), which attracted significant interest from the U.S. intellectual property community.
