- Taiwan and American citizenship, living in Japan. He graduated from the Power Mechanical Engineering department at the National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, in 2015. After working for a semiconductor manufacturer, he joined a law firm in Taiwan. He passed the U.S. Patent Agent examination in and registered in 2019. He joined our firm in June 2023. He specializes in semiconductors, and machinery.
