He worked as an engineer at a software development company serving Hitachi, Ltd. and its group companies from 2001 to 2013, spending five years in Tokyo. He passed the Chinese Patent Attorney Examination in 2014 and worked at various patent firms such as Zhongke Patent Office. He joined Beijing IPCHA in May 2024. He studied abroad in the U.S. in 2021, completing a master\u2019s program in IT &#038; Management at the Illinois Institute of Technology. He joined Beijing IPCHA in July 2024. Following employment at a Chinese patent firm and a private company, he joined Beijing IPCHA (Beijing IPCHA Intellectual Property Agency) in October 2025 as a Technical Specialist (Translator).<\/p>\r\n<\/section>\r\n<section class=\"contents-seciton staff\">\r\n<h2>Administrative Staff: BAI Lina<\/h2>\r\n<p>Born in Beijing, with extensive experience in patent administration. She joined Beijing IPCHA in May 2024.<\/p>\r\n<\/section>\r\n\r\n<section class=\"contents-seciton staff\">\r\n<h2>Administrative Staff: ZHOU Yan<\/h2>\r\n<p>She graduated from the Department of International Economics at Toyo University. She worked as a patent administrator from 2017.
