Chinese national, based in Beijing. He graduated with a major in Computer Information Systems from Beijing Information Engineering Institute. He worked as an engineer at a software development company serving Hitachi, Ltd. and its group companies from 2001 to 2013, spending five years in Tokyo. He passed the Chinese Patent Attorney Examination in 2014 and worked at various patent firms such as Zhongke Patent Office. He joined Beijing IPCHA in May 2024. He specializes in electrical and mechanical fields.

Chinese national, based in Beijing. He graduated with a major in Chemistry from Xiamen University. After graduation, he worked at a Chinese patent firm. He studied abroad in the U.S. in 2021, completing a master’s program in IT & Management at the Illinois Institute of Technology. He joined Beijing IPCHA in July 2024. He specializes in chemistry and software.

Technical Specialist: LI Xiaotong

After studying in Japan, she completed a master’s degree at the China Institute of International Relations. Following employment at a Chinese patent firm and a private company, he joined Beijing IPCHA (Beijing IPCHA Intellectual Property Agency) in October 2025 as a Technical Specialist (Translator).

Administrative Staff: BAI Lina

Born in Beijing, with extensive experience in patent administration. She joined Beijing IPCHA in May 2024.

Administrative Staff: ZHOU Yan

She graduated from the Department of International Economics at Toyo University. She worked as a patent administrator from 2017. She joined Beijing IPCHA in June 2024.

Administrative Staff: JIN Yumei

After graduating from Yanbian University in China, studying in Japan, and working at a Chinese patent firm, she joined IPCHA in August 2025.
